when the price of EUA is decline from 30 to under 1 euro per unit within two years since start in 2005.
something wrong must be happened in system ,how can trusted in the ETS and NAP when each nation allocate self's eua by no limited and not real attemp to meet the protocal target only for protect industries grow.
